Size/Weight: approx. 17″ long (difficult to measure accurately because of the dip at center front); pectoral part is 4  1/2″ wide by 1  11/16″ tall (at center front); chain is 5/8″ wide; 68.6 grams

Hallmarks / Date: maker’s signature as shown as well as “MEXICO TAXCO”, “STERLING TAXCO” and “940” which might be a design number or might indicate that the alloy used here is purer than sterling; 1930s-40s

Condition: excellent vintage with dramatic presence, craftsmanship of the highest caliber and great patina
