There can be no other design that epitomizes Mexican Deco better than Abraham Paz’s “mask”. One of the maestro’s earliest creations, it can be found with Fred Davis’s signature as well as with Paz’s initials – like the ring at hand. Splendidly shaped, the “mask” is only minimally carved to denote the eyes, nose and mouth. The tiered setting with its tiers also reflected on the sides of the shank represents elegance in its purest form…
