Antonio Pineda’s fine silver and pearl jewelry are among my most favorite by the renowned Taxco designer. I consider pearls to be the epitome of elegance and when they adorn modernist settings, they magically bequeath some of that timeless classy luster to their minimalist frame. Size/Weight: sz 7.75 US (could be resized if you don’t mind losing part of the hallmarks yet not the Antonio crown); face is 7/8″ by 5/16″ at its widest; 11.1 grams

Hallmarks / Date: signed with Antonio’s crown as shown as well as “970”, “HECHO EN MEXICO”, and Eagle 3 assay mark; 1950s-60s

Condition: excellent vintage with beautiful glowing color in the pearls, their nacre intact, nice patina in the silver-work and no damage or repairs noted
