Generous in weight, very well made and with fantastic patina, this early Mexican Deco silver mesh necklace is adorned with bezel-set turquoise cabs and was probably made in Mexico City. There are three rows of flat chain woven together here, made of thick silver and glowing with the warmth that old sterling acquires when it has been loved and enjoyed with care. This specific design can be found signed by FarFan or “TNC”, a listed yet still unidentified maestro. Yet more often than not, it comes anonymous like the example at hand…
