I like to believe that in her des. 79 Victoria, aka Ana Nunez de Brilanti, was inspired by the pyramid at Chichen Itza. Whether this is the case or not, the design definitely lent itself to the creation of an equally monumental bracelet with overlay and heavily oxidized links connected by triple half-barrels that hide the hinge. Dramatically graphic and a Victoria classic even though it doesn’t come up very often, this design was copied by Brilanti’s contemporaries but her version goes above and beyond all emulations…
