Big, modernist Erika Hult de Corral sterling silver and triple lapis ring made in the post-1980 period yet bold and beautiful! Though the so-called “T-mark” jewelry from Mexico are now considered almost “officially” vintage, at least the ones from the early 1980s, I don’t deal in them unless it’s a piece by a designer I know and respect or if it’s an affordable, well-made copy of an earlier “big name” piece. This ring obviously belongs in the first category – just look at it! The geometric cut-outs in the silver-work temper the massiveness of the ring’s body and the color in the lapis spheres is dark and rich. It’s Ric doing her magic all right…
