Big, bold and beautiful, this set of vintage Mexican silver cruciform dangle earrings is signed by a maestro whose initials I have also seen on Arte en Plata jewelry. And since I believe that the specific design is a Jacopo brothers creation and the Eagle on it is the one that they used, I will attribute it to them.
