Vintage Deco Mexican repousse pectoral necklace wrought in high purity, .940 silver alloy, this is a piece astounding in its craftsmanship, amazing design and the incredible patina it has developed over the years. The maestro signing it, though listed, remains to date unidentified yet I can tell you from experience that he usually works in .940 silver and his repoussage is truly sublime. The Chinese Dragons motif we see immaculately executed here shows up from time to time in clamper form – I have never seen a necklace in this design, let alone a museum quality pectoral like the one I feel privileged to present here…
