Based on a classic, early Hector Aguilar design this Mexican Deco silver necklace features sculptural florals in an almost heart-shaped frame. One of my favorite creations in the famous designer’s career, it is executed here by an anonymous Taxco maestro whose craftsmanship and attention to detail is evident in the necklace’s quality. I absolutely love the patina that has made the recesses in each link more dramatic thus adding to their three-dimensional appearance. True to its vintage the necklace is a choker size but I have added a really nice sterling extension that makes it comfortable and easy to wear…
