Divine Francisco Rivera for Emma Melendez sterling silver necklace adorned with simulated alexandrite (color-change corundum) in a modernist floral sprig design that I have never seen before. This is an exceptionally well-made piece – the silver is thick, deeply chased and glows with the warmth of well aged sterling; the stones are stunning, changing their color from a deep amethyst to steely purple when the light hits them, and the craftsmanship is unsurpassable.
