Among Taxco’s classiest designs, Sigi Pineda’s brushed silver bead necklaces come in single or multiple strands and if one is lucky enough, one can bump into the sets that include removable sterling clasps adorned with polished golden sheen obsidian. The full necklace set of that specific design includes four strands of beads in graduated lengths and two clasps. The biggest can hold up to four lstrands and can be worn by itself as a brooch or pendant. The smaller is the one shown here with two strands and it’s a sweet-heart! I love the textured surface of the silver “pearls”, all strung on sterling chain, and the golden brown depths of the obsidian. You can easily enjoy it with the clasp on the back or on the side as I have tried to show in the photos. Either way, the necklace will keep its place and look stunning…
