Vintage “less-is-more” Sigi Pineda Mexican modernist bracelet executed in sterling silver in a design that glorifies the power of geometry. Sigi is probably one of the most prolific designers in Taxco’s “golden age” and a staunch proponent of modernist aesthetics. Hallmarks / Date: fully and appropriately signed with maker’s signature as shown as well as “STERLING” “HECHO EN MEXICO”, Eagle 36 assay mark and des. no 427; 1950s-60s

Condition: excellent vintage, visually strong in its clear, jagged geometry, with good patina and no damage or repairs noted
