Matching the necklace in the same design that is also available on my site (you actually see the demi together in one of the photos), a vintage Francisco Rivera for Emma Melendez sterling silver bracelet with color-change sapphires that are habitually referred to as alexandrites in Taxco jewelry. This must be a very rare design – in all my years of searching for vintage Mexican pieces, I have never seen it come up before. And it is one of Rivera’s masterpieces – with stunning stones, thick, perfectly patina-ed silver, immaculate finishing and so comfortable to wear, it feels like an extension of your body…
