A very unusual pair of earrings by Antonio Pineda, one could categorize under “novelty jewelry” easily! Very tongue-in-cheek, they are shaped as arrows but the twist in the design is that there is a break in the middle of each arrow so that when you have them on, it looks as if the arrow has pierced the earlobes and is firmly …entrenched in place. I have never seen this specific design before and I am sure it will generate a lot of discussions…

Hallmarks / Date: both earrings are clearly marked with Antonio’s crown logo; 1950s-60s
Condition: excellent vintage, in a fun and quite rare to find design, with great patina and no damage or repairs noted
