I recently came across a pair of vintage studio-made sterling silver cuff bracelets, one of which I am presenting to you here. Undoubtedly hand-wrought, each cuff is made of thick sterling sheet with carefully cut out designs and applied silver bands on the upper and lower perimeter as well as right across the bracelet’s mid-height point. Six big, glistening cat’s eye agate (I believe) oval cabochons set in bezels complete the cuff’s ornamentation. Wide, incredibly well made, unsigned to my astonishment yet stunning – buy one of them at the price listed below or, if you love pairs, let me know and we can discuss it…
Size/Weight: 6 7/8″ inner circumference (including the 7/8″ gap; can be re-adjusted slightly but I would have a jeweler do it to prevent damage); 2 1/4″ wide; 100.7 grams
Hallmarks / Date: not signed for maker nor hallmarked for metal content yet tested and guaranteed to be of sterling quality; difficult to date with accuracy but I would suggest post-1970
Condition: excellent vintage with stunning stones, fantastic patina, generous in size and weight and exhibiting a high level of craftsmanship; no damage and no repairs
Both SOLD – thank you!
