C Molina Mexican Deco shadowbox silver dangle Earrings

I know and admire maestro C. Molina's work for its superb craftsmanship and its monumentality but I was still not prepared for this set of stupedying dangle earrings! There is big, there is massive and then, there is the pair of shadowbox stunners I am presenting here tonight. Maestro Molina excelled in the application of the shadowbox technique which allowed him to create jewelry which are generous in proportions and convey a dramatic sense of depth while at the same time being light and easy to wear. In the case at hand, double concentric hoops with swirling cut-outs hang off a bold repousse semi-sphere.
