massive Mexican modernist silver hinged Bracelet

$0.00
SOLD

As much as I love this Mexican modernist design, I dread the minute I have to photograph it! Curved expanses of shiny, reflective silver that look back at you as you look through the lens to capture their minimalist beauty make life a little difficult for the photographer. So, please, excuse me for... introducing myself into the piece and trust me when I tell you that this is a stunner of a massive bracelet. I don't know if less-is-more can be better illustrated; and by "less" I am referring to the design elements because the sterling used to craft the piece is quite generous indeed...

Size / Weight: 6 3/4" inner circumference (clasped) or 2 1/8" inner diameter; width between 1 1/4" and 3/4"; 108.3 grams

Hallmarks / Date: maker's initials "LPV"(?) and registration code "TP-34" as well as "TAXCO MEXICO 925"; 1980s

Condition: excellent vintage, heavy and impressive visually, with glowing patina and no damage or repairs noted

Inv# 14420
